Founded by Yorgos Roussakis, a senior transformation executive and ICF-accredited executive coach with 15 years at the intersection of strategy, governance, and leadership. Former Chief of Staff and senior portfolio leader at Shell; strategy and advisory background at Accenture across energy, infrastructure, and financial services. Orion was built from that experience: from the inside of consequential decisions, not from the outside looking in.
